At American Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cartographic decor. If your new wall art isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective shipping tube or box to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
